Rentastic uses a third-party service called Plaid to link to your bank accounts and other financial institutions, in order to import transactions. Although it’s rare, there may be times when the transactions loaded into Rentastic don’t match those at your bank.
Most often, this is due to your bank not reporting new transactions to Plaid, or simply not allowing transaction information to be shared at all. If this is the case, Rentastic will not be able to display those transactions as expected.
You do, however, have a few options if you’re missing bank transactions:
- Please contact Rentastic support to explore potential solutions for resolving the issue. In some cases, it may be necessary to relink your bank account. - Notify your bank that your transactions are not being reported to Plaid.
