First, let’s discuss what might cause duplicate transactions. This can occur for several reasons:
- You might have added or imported transactions from a bank account that is already linked.
- Your linked bank account with Rentastic may have uploaded these transactions through our third-party service, Plaid, AFTER you had manually added or imported them.
The Archived tab presents the list of all transactions that were either deleted or marked as a duplicate by our duplicate transaction logic.
Review and Audit
- Simply click on the ‘Archived’ tab to view all the deleted or marked as duplicate transactions.
- Click ‘Unhide’ to move the transaction back to the Transactions Page.
- It will automatically update the transactions under the Archived tab.
