- Once logged in, navigate to the ADMINISTRATION and choose Bank Accounts.
- Click on the “Link Account” button on the top right corner of the page.
- When prompted, a screen will appear asking for your permission to proceed. Please note that Rentastic utilizes a service called Plaid to establish a connection to your bank account and import your transactions.
- Next, you’ll be prompted to enter your phone number. Simply choose the option that best suits your preferences.
- Select your bank from the list provided or use the search bar above to find it by typing its name.
- You’ll be directed to your bank’s login portal. Simply enter the necessary information accurately. Please ensure to double-check all the details provided.
- After successfully linking and verifying your bank account, you’ll receive a pop-up message within the Rentastic platform confirming the completion of the process.
Relinking the bank account should only be considered as a last resort if refreshing the bank account fails to resolve the issue of it not updating. Additionally, if you are relinking the bank account due to an issue with it not updating, ensure not to delete the affected bank account.
