If you’d still like to cancel/delete your account, you can do so easily with the following steps:

Via Desktop

1. Select “Settings” from the left-side menu.                                                                                                                                   
2. Select “Deactivate Account” from the top menu.                                                                                                                   
3. Select the red button to “Deactivate Account“.                   

Via Mobile (iOS/Android)

1. Click the hamburger icon from the top left of the app.                                               
2. Scroll to the menu and look for the option that says  “Deactivate Account“.   
3. You will be prompted by this message, click OK to continue.                                   

NOTE: This will permanently delete your Rentastic account, transactions, and bank accounts, and cancel your pro subscription (if you’re a member). There are no ways to recover your account beyond this point.
