This article is designed to be your primary resource for efficiently and securely updating your billing information. Whether you need to modify your credit card details, update contact information, or transition to a different payment method, rest assured that we have all your needs covered.
Within the ADMINISTRATION section of your Rentastic account, go to Subscription.
Click Manage Subscription which would lead you to Stripe.
UPDATE PAYMENT METHOD
To change your mode of payment, you can simply go to the PAYMENT METHODS section.
Make default payment/Delete card
Click the ellipsis button (represented by three horizontal dots) next to the card, then select your desired action.
Add payment method
To add a new payment method, simply click the “+Add payment method” button located at the bottom.
MODIFY YOUR BILLING INFORMATION
Select the pencil icon labeled “Update Information” in the BILLING INFORMATION section.
You will be directed to a page where you can update both your email address and billing address.
INVOICE HISTORY
At the bottom of the page, you can access your INVOICE HISTORY by simply clicking on the new tab icon located next to the date.
Please be aware that this information will only be accessible to you if you are subscribed to a paid Rentastic plan.
