In this article, we’ll show you how to manage attachments for your properties, including adding, downloading, and deleting them. Whether you’re a property owner, manager, or part of the real estate industry, Rentastic makes it easy for you.
First, you would want to go to the Properties section from the left menu and select the property to which you want to make changes to.
Adding Attachment
- Click the Upload an Attachment button located in the top left corner of the property where you wish to upload the attachment.
- Select the file and either click Open or double-click the file you wish to upload.
- After a successful upload, you will see a pop-up window confirming that the image has been successfully uploaded.
Downloading Attachment
- Within the property details, scroll to the bottom and locate Attachments. Expand this section by clicking on it.
- From this point, simply click on the file you want to download, which will open a new tab.
- Right-click on the image and choose Save image as…
- You have the option to save it to any folder on your computer.
Deleting Attachment
- Within the property details, scroll to the bottom and locate Attachments. Expand this section by clicking on it.
- Click on the Trash icon.
- You will get a pop-up window to confirm your action, just click Delete.
- A confirmation pop-up window will appear indicating that the attachment has been successfully deleted.
