Rentastic offers a no-cap referral program, meaning you can refer an unlimited number of users. You will earn $50 for each paid annual subscribed member or $10 for each monthly subscribed member that you refer.

To earn a commission, the users you refer must become paid members. Free users will not earn you a commission.

To get started, simply click on the “Referral” section in the left-side menu bar. From there, you’ll see your referral link:

Copy this URL, and paste it wherever you have a large source of traffic, whether that’s on a Blog, Podcast show notes, YouTube channel, or similar.

As users begin to click on your link, you can watch your “Link Clicks” increase:

When a user signs up to be a paid member of Rentastic, you will see the “Total Referred Users” count increase by 1, and an additional $50 will be added to the “Pending Payouts” box. You will also receive an e-mail notifying you of the new commission.

Once commissions are paid out, the dollar amount will be moved from the “Pending Payouts” box to the “Payouts Received” box.

Commissions are paid out roughly once per month, via PayPal. Your referred users must remain paid members of Rentastic for a full 30 days before the commission will be considered “Approved”.

Be sure to add your PayPal address to ensure your payments are received on time.

Cookies

Many people ask how long cookies are good for.

If you’re not familiar with a cookie, this is a small snippet of code that is placed in a user’s browser when they click on your referral URL. When this user returns to Rentastic, the browser can see that they’ve been visited before. Stored inside that cookie is your referral code, giving your credit for referring them.

Our cookies last FOREVER. Many tracking cookies are only good for 30 days or less, but Rentastic gives you referral credit regardless of how long it’s been.

Also, let’s say a user uses your referral code, but only signs up for a free account for now. 6 months down the road, this user decides to become a paid member. We remember from their initial sign-up who referred them. This means that 6 months down the road, you’ll still earn an affiliate commission for signing up this user.
