You may have made some recent transactions, but they are still ‘Pending’. Rentastic tries to import bank transactions as quickly as possible, but sometimes there are delays.
Rentastic tries to do a good job of detecting when new transactions haven’t imported for a while. For example, you may have a credit card linked to Rentastic, and although you’ve been making new purchases on your card, these additional transactions suddenly stopped importing.
This may also be due to a connection issue between Rentastic and your bank.
To resolve this:
- Reach out to us on the Contact page
- Let us know of the issue
- We can manually force a new connection request
Once the connection has been re-established, any transactions not imported previously will now import.
